Opening the Menu System
Ensure you have the nether star in your hotbar selected. Left/right clicking will open up the menu.
Teleports
Compass
This is the warp menu, clicking it will open it up. The warp GUI will allow you to click to teleport to pre-set locations in the world! Each teleport will cost you a certain amount of in game currency. There are 3 types of teleports, all listed below.
Home
This will teleport you to the last home you visited. If you have multiple homes set up, it will bring you to the most recent one only.
To set up a home use: /sethome "name of home"
To warp to a home: /home "name of home"
Towns & Cities
Marked by unique icons, these teleports will take you to a custom made city/town or otherwise special location created by our Build Team. Each town will also have a set of very limited plots of land you can purchase, so get those while they last!
Give these places a visit when you have the chance, they will surely help your exploration with special items, shops, storylines and other surprises.
Settlements
Marked with a gray dye, these areas are places you would go to to start mining and building. Become a settler in new lands and make your mark upon this world!
Shops
Goldbar
Clicking the gold bar in the Elysium menu will open up the shop menu. Here you can find the large majority of vanilla Minecrat items available for purchase or for sale. Browse to open the different categories of items.
How to Buy/Sell
Follow the in-game description for exact buy/sell actions. However in general:
Left click an item you want will bring up the buy page
Right click an item will open up the sell page
Middle click((scroll wheel) to sell all of that item currently in your inventory
Types of Items
The shop menu provides a very convenient way to buy and sell items as you need on the fly. However with this convenience, also comes some limitations. The shop menu will only have default vanilla items for a set price.
Towns and cities would generally have“rotating sales” that offer better deals. They will also offer unique and more exclusive items, decorative pieces, weapons and equipment that you will not be able to find in the shop menu.
Jobs
Nametag
Clicking on the nametag in the Elysium menu will open up the jobs menu.
This will open up a GUI with a list of all current jobs.
Job System
Jobs are a great way to make some in-game currency. You may earn income based on actions associated with a job. For example if you were a miner, mining blocks would give you income, with rarer ores giving you more. As you level up your job’s level, you will also earn more!
Types of Jobs
Hover over each job icon to view a short description of the job, your current level in that job as well as current penalty and bonuses with that job. Bonuses and penalties are applied based on how many players are already working that job; working an unpopular job may net you more income, whereas signing up for an oversaturated one will net you less.
All job earnings will also be subjected to a server tax, the exact amount of which will change periodically.
How to Join a Job
You can join up to 3 different jobs at any given time.
Right click on a job to join that job
Left click on a job to read more info on the job
Middle click (scroll wheel) on a job to leave that job
