Reporting

Our admin team is committed to help you resolve any requests or problems you may be having on the server. However, sometimes we may be busy and not immediately available. To make sure you still get the help you need, you can use our report system in the game.

Making a Report

To make a report, use the command: /report "type your message"

This will create a report with a unique ID. To make sure we can streamline your report, make sure to create the report where your request is most relevant. For example, if you are submitting a request for a build protection, create your report at your build. This way admins can teleport directly to where your report was made.

You can submit reports for issue such as:

  • Requesting protection for your build

  • Reporting a bug

  • Asking for help if items are missing or damaged

  • Appealing a ban or any other consequences

If you wish to report a player instead, please use: /reportplayer "player name" "type your message here"

You can submit reports for player-related including but not limited to the following examples:

  • Reporting griefing

  • Reporting hacks

  • Reporting inappropriate language

  • Reporting solicitation of personal information

Please remember that false reports are against the rules and abusing the system may result in a temporary or permanent ban. In your reports, please be as specific and detailed as possible to ensure the admin team have all the relevant information to address the issue.

 

View Open Reports

To view all your open reports, use the command: /my-reports

This will open up a GUI that shows all the reports you have created and you can use this to check the status fo your ongoing report.

The admin team will do our best to provide updates on new reports within 48 hours of their submission.
